The intent of the City is to award a single contract for the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide Pre-construction services and complete Construction for Jomax Road (Dysart Road to 126th Drive). The City has awarded T. Y. Lin International under a separate contract to complete the preliminary design services.

The City intends to make roadway improvements to Jomax Road (Dysart Road to 126 th Drive), Peoria, Arizona. The Jomax Road improvements will include one lane in each direction plus a bike lane, curb/gutter, and sidewalk on the north side of the road, a roundabout at the intersection of Jomax Road and Dysart Road, drainage improvements for both onsite and offsite flows, streetlights, traffic signals, and conduits, dry and some wet utilities.
