internal Contractor Support Services (iCSS) Special Notice - Draft RFP and pre-solicitation conference

This special notice is to provide industry with the internal Contractor Support Services (iCSS) DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP), and to provide industry with information regarding the pre-solicitation conference for this effort.

Due to distribution statements and markings, Exhibit B, B001, and Attachment 1 - ICSS Statement of Work cannot be attached to this special notice. As such, this exhibit and attachment will be made available upon email request to the Primary and Secondary points of contact listed on this special notice.

The iCSS pre-solicitation conference is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday January 21 2025 at 13:00 Eastern Standard Time. This conference will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams, with no option to attend in person. A full list of questions asked, and attendees, will be made available to industry after the conference. Please note, no proprietary information will be provided or released in the government responses to questions. NAWCTSD would like to remind industry that only offerors registered and active in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) will be eligible to access the final solicitation, submit a proposal, and receive corresponding documents.
