19 CES requires a life size car fire prop that simulates real world car fires in order to facilitate firefighter training in preparation for real world emergencies. The prop will be portable in nature and operates off of a wireless controlled propane system. The contractor will provide the car prop, trailer, training, and additional accessories required IAW the PWS.
