    Reference is made to the above-mentioned project. The following changes have been made:
    1. The Typical Section sheet 2 of 3 was incorrect as it corresponds to certain maps.
    Please remove the Typical Sections in the proposal and replace with the attached
    sheets.
    This sheet and attachments shall be made a part of the plans and bid documents and shall
    be submitted with the bid. Bids submitted without the addenda and attachments will be
    considered non-responsive.
