Notice is given that on July 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly open
separate sealed bids for Dominick Dr Crossing Communications Conduit Installation, Project Number 61001,
Contract Number 26P102.
The work of this project includes: Furnish & install approximately 4700 LF of signal and communications
conduit and tracer wire including 13 handholes with marker signs. Work will be performed within the
Metropolitan Council owned Bass Lake Spur Right of Way. Coordination with Twin Cities & Western
Railroad the freight rail operator of the Bass Lake Spur will be required.
