“Delivering Warfighters the Tools and Means for Decision Dominance”



DESCRIPTION:



The Army’s Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, and Network (PEO C3N) and Command and Control Cross-Functional Team (C2-CFT) will host a network and C2-related technical exchange meeting (TEM) with industry partners on May 30, 2025, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and virtually via Microsoft Teams in accordance with recent fiscal directives.



TEM 14 will build upon previous TEMs with technical discussion and operational feedback to support Army C2 transformation efforts, including Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2). TEM 14 will provide sessions centered around the theme of “Delivering Warfighters the Tools and Means for Decision Dominance” and will include topic areas including, but not limited to:



- Next Generation Command and Control



- Multinational efforts, standards, and data architecture



As an “even” numbered TEM, this event will also offer RDT&E 6.4 funded prototype capability opportunities and provide updates on other S&T and program of record business opportunities.



Additionally, the Army will plan to execute TEM 15 in December 2025 as a virtual event.

Please note that in-person seating is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of two representatives per company. Once auditorium capacity is met, attendees will only be able to attend virtually.

IN-PERSON CHECK IN:



For in-person attendees, check-in will open at 0700, 30 May, in the lobby of the Myer Auditorium.



THERE WILL BE NO ONSITE REGISTRATION. All participants must register in advance using the registration link. NO EXCEPTIONS.



ACCESS TO POST:



Attendees who do not possess a DoD Identification card will be required to request a Visitor’s Pass for APG. Further information will be sent to all confirmed in-person attendees.

At the end of the agenda is a CUI restricted session on Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) Architecture. All in-person attendees wishing to participate in this session will be required to submit their CAGE Code and JCP number as part of this registration process. Only vendors with a valid JCP number will be permitted to attend. NOTE: The CUI session will not be livestreamed on MS Teams for virtual participants. A recording will be made available after the event via the Joint Communications Marketplace (JCM). If you are a virtual participant and would like access to the CUI recording, please register for the JCM TEM community via the link below. You will also be required to submit a valid JCP number in order to access the CUI recording.

PEO C3N and C2-CFT will leverage the Joint Communications Marketplace (JCM) to distribute information prior to and after TEM 14. To register for the JCM, visit: https://jtnc.experience.crmforce.mil/tem/s/ and click the button “Register for JCM Access.”



Registering for a JCM TEM user account DOES NOT register you for the in-person/virtual event at APG.



HOTELS NEARBY:



There are numerous hotels in the area with all major chains represented in the Aberdeen and Belcamp areas.



FOOD:



We will not offer any refreshments at the TEM. Several food trucks will be accessible in the courtyard outside of the Myer Auditorium.
