Sod Materials and Installation

Flagler County is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver certified sod materials that meet all FDOT Section 981 requirements and FDACS inspection, quarantine, and invasive‑species standards. The selected vendor will supply approved sod types, provide all required certifications, ensure materials are fresh and compliant at delivery, and coordinate timely, F.O.B. Destination deliveries on an as‑needed basis for County projects.

Flagler County regularly conducts maintenance and construction activities that require the use of high‑quality, certified sod to restore rights‑of‑way and other public areas. To ensure compliance with FDOT and FDACS standards, all sod used in County projects must meet strict material, inspection, and quarantine requirements and be free of invasive or prohibited species. Through this Invitation to Bid, the County seeks qualified vendors capable of supplying approved sod types, providing proper certifications, and delivering materials on an as‑needed basis throughout the County.
