Summary The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) is requesting bids for the following solicitation: BPM006451 Portable Play Yards for the Bureau of Women's and Children's Health (BWCH). The purpose of this solicitation is to provide Portable Play Yards equivalent to the Graco Pack ‘n Play On the Go Playard (Model No. 2164119) and ship as needed to the locations listed under Exhibit Two (2), List of Sites Receiving Portable Play Yards. BWCH anticipates an initial purchase order of a minimum of 100 to a maximum of 1,000 Portable Play Yards, depending on funding availability. Annual quantities vary and may depend upon the items needed.
Process No Pre-Bid Conference will be held. All Questions and Answers shall be addressed in the Discussion Forum within the Solicitation.
