The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to repair and/or replace approximately 2,500 LF of deteriorating stormwater pipes which includes, reinforced concrete pipes (RCP) and corrugated metal pipes (CMP) in the Huxley Place/Glendale Subdivision. The project consists of the design and rehabilitation of the existing storm sewer, as well as the addition of a new storm sewer system in the cul-de-sac intersection of Huxley Place and Croatan Road. The new storm sewer will outfall to an existing storm sewer system on Croatan Road.
