Project Description: Southeast Service Center (SESC) sits on approximately eight (8) acres of a sixty-seven (67) acre site located on 6500 Bexar St. and is shared by various City Departments including Equipment & Fleet Management (EFM), Dallas Water Utilities (DWU), Sanitation (SAN), Transportation & Public Works (TPW), and Code Compliance Services (CCS). SESC is one of five (5) service centers operated by the department of EFM. These service centers provide mechanical and electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, state inspections, vehicle emissions testing, lubrication, fueling and road call assistance on a 24-hour basis, for all City of Dallas vehicles. The SESC location has several components that needs improvement to help EFM meet the current and future needs of the department. The budget for this project is $6,119,000.00
