Creekside Elementary Entrance - Construction

Construction of a dedicated left-turn lane and deceleration lane by widening the existing roadway, installing subgrade and base materials, placing asphalt pavement, adjusting/relocating drainage structures, utility relocates, adding signage and striping, and providing all necessary traffic control during construction for the new Creekside Elementary School. Effingham County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for roadway and safety improvements along Blue Jay Road at Creekside Elementary School. The project includes new turn lanes, curb and gutter, revised entrance geometry, drainage upgrades, pavement reconstruction, and associated signage, striping, and erosion control measures. All work shall be completed in accordance with the approved construction plans and County standards.
