U.S. GOVERNMENT



General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: Arkansas

City: Pine Bluff



Delineated Area: Pine Bluff, Arkansas City Limits

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,365

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,365

Space Type: Office

Parking Spaces (Total): 7

Parking Spaces (Surface): 7

Parking Spaces (Structured): 0

Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0

Full Term: 10 Years

Firm Term: 5 Years

Option Term: Not Required



Additional Requirements: -3,000 square feet of secured wareyard space

required to house a 200 sf storage building, 7

GOVs, UTVs, and trailers.

-Pull-though wareyard design required.

-First Floor preferred. Freight elevator required

if located above first floor.

-Public facing agency.

-FSL Level 1.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,

seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced

lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance

floodplain (formerly referred to as the “100-year” floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications

prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense

Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition
