Lake Nona Reclaimed Water Storage and Repump Facility CMAR Bid Package #1 - Master Plant Contractor

Notice is hereby given that City of Orlando is accepting sealed responses for IFB25-0592 Lake Nona Reclaimed Water Storage and Repump Facility CMAR Bid Package #1 - Master Plant Contractor and they must be submitted electronically by 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, October 2, 2025 , in order for a Respondent to be considered for award of a contract.

The City of Orlando invites you to submit a competitive bid for the Bid Package outlined herein, to be completed as a subcontractor to Wharton-Smith, Inc., the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Lake Nona Reclaimed Water Storage and Repump Facility project.

Respondents are solely responsible for ensuring that their submittals are complete, uploaded, and submitted electronically via OpenGov by the due date and time. The City shall not be responsible for any submission delays or failures caused by any occurrence. Respondents are expected to examine this solicitation, specifications, associated drawings, if any, and all instructions. Failure to do so will be at the Respondent's risk.

Each Respondent shall furnish the information required on each submittal form and each accompanying sheet thereof on which an entry is made.
