Description

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations (AMO) is conducting market research through this Request for Information (RFI) for initial support equipment and spare parts recommendations for support of one aircraft. CBP has obligated funding to procure one C-130J via a US Air Force contract. The expected delivery date of the first aircraft is FY 2029. AMO is seeking information on industry recommended sparing and support equipment lists for C-130 aircraft as well as utilizing industry expertise to identify and quantify the necessary spare parts for the initial deployment and sustained operation of C-130 surveillance aircraft.

Question Deadline - Companies may submit questions regarding this RFI to the Government and are due no later than 3:00 P.M. (EST) on January 30, 2026.





RFI Response Deadline – RFI responses shall be submitted via email to Michael.a.hall@cbp.dhs.gov by 3:00 P.M. (EST) on February 16, 2026.
