The 21st Contracting Squadron at Peterson SFB is issuing a solicitation for 85 HP Z2 Mini G9 workstations for J6 Command and Control (C2) Applications in accordance with the attached Specifications.
Type of Contract and NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this commodity is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services, and the small business size standard is no greater than $34.0M.
Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside
Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award, an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
Questions: Vendor questions for this requirement must be submitted to the below POCs by 12:00 PM MST on Friday, 23 May 2025. Answers will be provided in the form of a solicitation amendment.
Quote Due Date: The Contractor shall submit a written quote in response to this Request For Quote, for consideration before the due date and time. Quotes are due no later than at 12:00 PM MST on Monday, 02 June 2025. Quotes must be submitted to the POCs listed below. Contractor quotes shall conform to the instructions in the solicitation document in Section L – Instructions to Offerors, and Section M – Evaluation.
