The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) and the establishment of a prioritized Renovation Queue for Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). The FCA will support the creation of the Renovation Queue, which will guide FCPS in prioritizing facility renovations and improvements and directly inform the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
