4 Year Contracted Reappraisal
Bids for a contracted countywide reappraisal of real property for Faulkner County, Arkansas, are now being accepted by the Faulkner County Judge’s Office. The reappraisal will be for the time period of January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2028, to review, reappraise and revalue approximately 65,433 parcels of real property in Faulkner County, Arkansas.
The Countywide Reappraisal is to be completed in accordance to all bid specifications for contracted reappraisals provided by the Assessment Coordination Division of the State of Arkansas.
In addition, the reappraisal must be performed utilizing the Faulkner County Assessor’s Office existing software, which is provided by Apprentice Information Systems. As part of the reappraisal, the contractor must provide the items indicated in the Addendum to the plan.
Faulkner County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids placed and waive formalities.
Bids should be submitted in total including taxes, for the price to be paid by Faulkner County.
Bid specifications may be obtained from the Faulkner County Judge’s Office located at 801 Locust St, Conway, AR 72034. This information will also be available online at www.faulknercounty.org/business/rfp . Sealed bids for reappraisal services must be mailed or hand delivered to the Faulkner County Judge’s Office in a sealed envelope or container clearly labeled “RFP Reappraisal Bid” by 9:00 a.m. October 29, 2024. All sealed bids will be opened on October 29, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
