The National Park Service, Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historical Park, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide seventeen (17) new ADA picnic tables with accessible seating at both ends that meets the requirements stated in the statement of work.

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs.

SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
