Separate sealed bids for the construction of Searcy Baseball/Softball Complex Renovation will be received by the City of Searcy, Arkansas at City Hall 401 W. Arch Ave Searcy, AR 72143 until 2:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 , and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of the renovation of the baseball/softball complex in Searcy, AR.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the parking lot located at 2000 Higginson St. Searcy, AR 72143. Potential bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instruction to Bidders, Bid and Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Business Relations Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certificate of Owner’s Attorney, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations:

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72201 upon payment of $ 100.00 for each set (plus postage and handling, if mailed), none of which will be refunded.
