Power Generators maintenance services for the U.S. Embassy Tashkent.
The Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide Power Generators maintenance services for the Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent.
Quotations are due on or before 12:00PM Tashkent time on February 24, 2023 and must be hand-delivered to the following address:

The offerors should notify the contact listed in Block 7.A of Standard Form 1449 on page 3 of this solicitation to arrange receipt of the offer.
Submit your proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation 19UZ8025Q0010 Enclosed" to the Contracting Officer on or before 12:00 Tashkent time on February 24, 2025. NO proposal will be accepted after this time.

The contract performance periods are specified in Section I of the solicitation.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A pre-proposal conference for this project is scheduled for 10:30 Tashkent time on February 11, 2025 at the Embassy address listed above. All interested offerors are invited to attend and must request access at least 48 hours in advance to TashkentProcurementteam@state.gov.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
