Project # 3-60 (Construction), Knott-Miller Holder Artesia Branch Rehabilitation - Outreach

This project will rehabilitate a portion of the Knott Interceptor, Miller Holder Trunk and Artesia Branch sewers in the City of Buena Park. The project includes the rehabilitation of 3,900 feet of 18-inch to 45-inch sewer, rehabilitation of 4 2 manho les , replacement of a manhole with a new 84 -inch manhole and installation of two new 84-inch manholes . One new air jum p er will also be installed in the City of La Palma .

The Work to be performed under this Contract includes the rehabilitation of a sewer pipe. Specifically, to r ehabilitate by cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) method of approximately 3,900 linear fee t of 18-inch to 45 -inch sewer pipe. This includes 2,500 linear feet of 42-inch vitrified clay pipe, 100 linear feet of 45-inch reinforced concrete pipe for a siphon , 1,000 linear feet of 1 8 -inch, 24-inch, and 30 -inch diameter vitrified clay pip e, and 230 linear feet of 18-inch ductile iron pipe for air jum pers .
