DESIGN SERVICES for EVENT CENTER BUILDING EXPANSION and MASTER PLANNING
It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor this site prior to proposal submission, in case additional information, which may be pertinent to the proposal is provided.
General Information:
Clark County is soliciting proposals from qualified professional Architectural/ Engineering firms, in the design, remodel and construction management of an addition to the Clark County Event Center Building. The selected firm will act in the best interest of the county while administering their services for the design phase as well as throughout the construction closeout phases of the project.

Closing Date: Wednesday, March 26, 2025
Pre-Bid Conference:
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting is scheduled for 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Interested proposers shall meet in the conference room inside the Event Center Administration Building located at 17402 NE Delfel Road, Ridgefield WA 98642.
