Rollins Street, Bennett Street, and Sixth Avenue Streets Sidewalk Project

Project Description: The City of Tallahassee is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and properly licensed contractors for the Rollins Street, Bennett Street, and Sixth Avenue Sidewalk Project.
The project consists of sidewalk, roadway, utility, drainage, and landscape improvements along Rollins Street, Bennett Street, and Sixth Avenue in Tallahassee, Florida.
Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and tree removal; construction of new sidewalks, curb and gutter, and storm drainage systems; installation and adjustment of water and sewer infrastructure; roadway reconstruction; milling and resurfacing; signing and pavement markings; and landscape and irrigation improvements.
The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the approved construction plans, technical specifications, and contract documents.
Bidders must meet the City's applicable contractor prequalification requirements and submit all required bid documentation, including bid security, as specified in the solicitation.
