The Town of Normal Water Department will receive sealed bids for the following:

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Town of Normal

" with the time and date of the opening, which will be June 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at Room 409, Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.
A non-mandatory prebid conference to be held on June 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM. This meeting will be conducted at Room 409 at City Hall (11 Uptown Circle, Normal IL, 61761).
General Project Description: The BASE BID work includes furnishing and installing pipes, fittings and appurtenances to abandon an existing 4” watermain along Vernon Avenue from from West Beaufort Street to South Linden Street.
For a nonrefundable fee of $22.00, prospective bidders may obtain bid documents on Clark Dietz’s website at

This is a prevailing-wage project. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
