The Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located Red Mesa, AZ has an upcoming requirement for Non-personal Optometry Services. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00179 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by May 16, 2025.
