BD26-58 UV Parts for Utah Fish Hatcheries

Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: A 5-year contract to provide UV components for the UV systems in all Utah Hatcheries.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Award by the cheapest provider of three (3) different manufacturer part numbers. One vendor may be the cheapest provider of all three manufacturer part numbers and be awarded all three line items.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for: One (1) year, and then a request for a price increase will be considered.
