2025-2 Polymer Flocculants

Sealed bids will be received by the Greene County Board of Commissioners, Ohio, 35 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 8, 2025, for 2025-2 Polymer Flocculants, for the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department. At such time the bids will be opened and read aloud. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders. This legal advertisement is also published on the Greene County Board of County Commissioners website, www.greenecountyohio.gov/bids.aspx.

This contract is an agreement to furnish the chemical(s) listed in the bid blank at stated unit prices when requested by the Owner, defined as the Greene County Board of Commissioners or the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department (collectively known as “County”). The County reserves the right to award any or all or parts of this bid and make a non-exclusive award. Conditional bids with restrictions may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the County.

Copies of the Specifications, the estimated quantities of the items of work, the proposal and contract forms can be downloaded at the Bid Express website www.bidexpress.com/solicitations and are on file in the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department, 667 Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385.

Bids shall be submitted electronically via Bid Express www.bidexpress.com/solicitations or if submitted via hard copy the Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as “2025-2 Polymer Flocculants” and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope. Proposals must be submitted on the proposal form furnished with accompanying required bonds. Any proposals deemed non-compliant shall be rejected. The Greene County Board of Commissioners is tax-exempt.

The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
