The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Ann Arbor Healthcare System, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Emergency Chiller Repair services in support of the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. NAICS code is 811310, size standard is $12.5 million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (only one responsible source) and FAR 6.302-2 (a)(2) Unusual and compelling urgency, to award a one-time contract to Johnson Controls, INC. 5757 N Green Bay Ave Milwaukee, WI 53209. The contractor shall provide emergency repair on existing Johnson Control, Inc equipment located at the and analysis necessary to perform the specific reference lab tests requested by the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. No solicitation package is available due to the urgent nature of services. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
