Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform Feasibility & Design services for the following project:
Project Description:The Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM), in partnership with the Utah Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Division of State Parks is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide a comprehensive feasibility study and design services for the re-design of the Wasatch Mountain Golf Course in Midway, Utah.
The selected firm will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap to modernize critical course infrastructure with a specific focus on engineering USGA-compliant green profiles, optimizing tee box alignment, playing surfaces, cart path locations, and designing a high-efficiency irrigation network.
Finally, the scope of services must include an estimate of probable construction costs and a strategic phasing plan. This plan should prioritize the minimization of operational disruptions, providing a clear framework for construction that allows for the preservation of play and course revenue where feasible. The ultimate objective is to elevate the course to USGA specifications while enhancing environmental sustainability, playability, and long-term operational efficiency.
Construction Budget $4,000,000.00
