of a new parking lot located on Union County parcel 09366010.

SELECTION CRITERIA
The pre-selection committee will take into consideration qualification information including the following
factors
1. Specialized or appropriate expertise in the type of project
2. Past performance on similar projects
3. Proposed design approach
4. Adequate staff and proposed design or consultant team for the project
5. Current workload
6. Construction administration capabilities
7. Proximity to and familiarity with Union County
8. Record of successfully completed projects without major legal or technical problems
9. Other factors which may be appropriate for the project, for example HUB Program participation
10. Prior experience with South Piedmont Community College
SUBMITTAL CRITERIA
Submit two (2) copies of Letter of Interest not exceeding 10 pages (8.5" X 11") double-sided.
The SF-254 and cover letter will not count in the maximum 10 pages. Single staple upper-left corner is preferred.
