Notice of Pre-solicitation Site Visit for Concession Opportunity for Lodging, Food & Beverage, Retail, Guest Transportation, Marina Services, and Mechanical Boat Portage Services within Voyageurs National Park

The National Park Service (NPS) anticipates releasing a Prospectus for lodging, food & beverage, retail, guest transportation, marina services, and mechanical boat portage services within Voyageurs National Park (CC-VOYA002-27) in early 2026. A site visit is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025, to provide interested parties with an opportunity to view the facilities in preparation for submitting a proposal for the upcoming concession contract. Those interested in submitting a proposal for the upcoming concession contract do not need to attend the site visit to submit a proposal. Questions related to the business opportunity will not be answered during the site visit. The prospectus, when released, will contain an opportunity for questions to be asked.

A strict limit of two parties per business entity will be allowed on the site visit. Registration is required to attend the site visit. If you are interested in attending the site visit, you must notify Concessions Management Specialist Miranda Challeen at VOYA_Commercial@nps.gov by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025. Details regarding the site visit will be provided by Ms. Challeen after you make your reservation. Seating on the park’s boat is limited to the first 29 registrants. More parties or individuals may attend if they provide their own water transportation or charter their own water transportation services. The park provides water taxi businesses approved to operate in Voyageurs NP at https://www.nps.gov/voya/planyourvisit/water-taxis.htm.
