Managers is soliciting and will receive proposals for qualified consulting firms to provide
comprehensive organizational development, strategic planning, operational readiness, and
implementation support services related to the creation and launch of a new Office of Housing and
Community Development (OHCD). Requirements are outlined in the following specifications. Please
