FY26 Disposition of License for Sandy Neck Beach Snack Bar Concession

Project Description: The Chief Procurement Officer of the Town of Barnstable, on behalf of the MEA Division, is soliciting responses from interested parties for the disposition, by license, of the snack bar concession at Sandy Neck Beach. The space consists of approximately 227 square feet which includes a kitchen, snack bar, along with a storage and office area and 200 square feet of outdoor patio space. It is strategically located adjacent to the public parking lots at Sandy Neck Beach in West Barnstable, MA. A thirty-six (36) month license is being offered, from March 15, 2026, through March 14, 2029, with one (1) thirty-six (36) month option at the discretion of the Town.
