The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Watermain Replacement Pressure Zone 5E project. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is located at the Area Bounded By: 52nd Street to 69th Place and St. John Road to Paradise Lane. The estimated construction cost is $10,825,000 million.
