Senior Chore Yard Clean-Up

The City of Pontiac is contracting for experienced and qualified vendors for the following services: Yard Clean-Up, Gutter Cleaning, and Bush Trimming/Tree Removal. This program solely serves the senior citizen residents that are in need of quality lawn care and maintenance. Yard Clean-Up services will include removal of lawn debris (leaves, branches), removal of bulk items (wood, fencing, yard furniture), waste hauling and disposal. Gutter cleaning services entails removal and proper disposal of all debris from gutters. Inspect for minor repairs to gutters and report to City of Pontiac's project manager. Bush Trimming and Tree Removal services will include shrub/hedge trimming/pruning, cleaning fence lines, safe removal and hauling of tree limbs/branches.

This program solely serves the elder adults and persons with disabilities that are in need of quality lawn care and maintenance. We strongly depend on our contractors to be highly responsive and eager to serve the city's senior citizen community.
