The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement: (1) A market survey for written information only, and (2) to identify sources capable of providing support for the effort specified in the draft Statement of Work (SOW).
Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement for test pool resurfacing. The following service is expected requirements for this effort:
The Contractor shall:
NAICS Code: 238990–applies. SBA Size Standard is $19m annually. PSC Y1PA
Responses: Interested companies should include the following information in their responses:
(1) CAGE Code;
(2) Name and address of firm;
(3) Size of business including average annual revenue for past three years, number of employees, and type of small business (8(a), Women-Owned, HUB-Zone, Veteran-Owned, Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned, etc.);
(4) Country of ownership;
(5) System for Award Management (SAM) information;
(6) DUNS number, if available;
(7) Number of years in business;
(8) Point of contact including name, title, phone, and email address;
(9) A clear, concise statement of the business’s capability in meeting the requirement; and
(10) Small businesses shall address how they will comply with FAR 52.219-14: Limitations of subcontracting
(11) Summary of contractor’s demonstrated capabilities to meet the requirement.
There is no specific format or outline submittals must follow. However, summaries should be no longer than five (5) pages in length.
