INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT 0000000238SL: FY26 NE Center Maintenance Building Ceiling Liner System Project

MoDOT seeks a qualified bidder to install a new ceiling liner system at the NE Center Maintenance Building. Structure is a pre-engineered metal building with existing insulation liner system. Awarded bidder will be responsible for removal and reinstallation of all fixtures such as lighting, ceiling fans, electrical conduit, gas line, airline, and overhead door tracks. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site visit attendance is mandatory for bids to be accepted.
