Contract for the demolition and site restoration of 6 Milwaukee County Parks assets. Base contract is for the Manitoba Park Building, with alternate bids of Cupertino Park Comfort Building, St. Martin's Park Pavilion, Estabrook Park North Comfort Station, Holler Park Pool Basin and Lincoln Park Golf Course Pump House.
