This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued.

The Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC), Hampton Virginia, and its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), Langley AFB Clinic, Albemarle APOC, Chesapeake CBOC, North Battlefield Outpatient Clinic (NCOC), Portsmouth CBOC, and Virginia Beach CBOC and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted non-emergency ambulance transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) services. The contactor shall make these ambulance services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
Applicable NAICS Code is 621910 with a size standard of $22.5 million. Classification code is V225.
Responses to this source sought notice should include the following:
