Cloud Based Door Access Control System

The Purchasing Office of the Cedar Rapids Community School District requests your proposal for services and products. All prices are to be bid F.O.B 2500 Edgewood Rd NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405. Do not include Federal or State Tax in costs submitted.
The Purchasing Office and/or Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any part thereof, to waive informalities and to enter into such contract(s) as deemed in the best interest of the Cedar Rapids Community School District, located in the Linn County, State of Iowa.
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received electronically no later than 3:30pm on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025 , for Cloud-Based Door Access Control System as requested by the Cedar Rapids Community School District. All proposals must be submitted through the District’s online bidding portal, IonWave. Submissions via e mail, fax, or hard copy will not be accepted.


Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring their proposal is accurately and timely submitted through IonWave . The District is not responsible for delays, technical difficulties, or submission errors on the part of the supplier.
Technical proposals will be unsealed on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025 (CRCSD clock) and will be reviewed promptly following the opening. Vendors whose technical proposals meet the District's requirements may be invited for an interview scheduled for Tuesday, November 4th, 2025. Proposal results will not be provided via telephone or prior to formal award. Proposals may be withdrawn at any time prior to the submission deadline. Once submitted, proposals may not be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the submission deadline.
