B98 INTERIOR & EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS

The requirement is for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), contract for construction work on real property facilities aboard NSA Panama City FL. This project involves interior and exterior renovations for a 3800 square foot pre-engineered metal building. This building includes a 1,300 square-foot office area and a high bay warehouse. The project is designed to address non-structural and aesthetic deficiencies, enhance safety by installing emergency lighting, and improve drainage systems. The project aligns with NAVFAC SE's mission to maintain and enhance the operational readiness and resilience of naval facilities by ensuring that this building continues to meet the standards required for efficient operations at NSA Panama City. The scope of work includes flooring replacement, installation of emergency lighting, exterior painting, improvements to site drainage, and the replacement of exterior doors and window.
