“City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to provide warranty and non-warranty preventative maintenance, repairs and replacement of O.E.M. Keith Walking Floor Systems, Main Hydraulic System Components and general repairs as and when required for the City of Toronto’s Fleet Services Division. |

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting December 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM
Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The mandatory meeting will take place at 11:00 AM on December 17, 2024, at 50 Ingram Drive, Toronto. The meeting will finish at 1:00 PM on the same day. Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. A record of questions and answers as deemed relevant from the site meeting will be distributed in the form of an Addendum and posted on the City's online call document system. The City reserves the right not to answer questions at the Site Meeting but will answer questions that arise at the site meeting as part of an Addendum. |
