Description

**Solicitation Amendment 1: Made instructions to submit quotes through SAM.gov instead of Unison.



**Solicitation Amendment 2: Extending the solicitation close date to Wednesday, June 25th by COB.



This is a combined synopsys/solicitation for commercial services and set aside 100% to small businesses.



The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, transportation, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure a clean, neat and professional appearance at the CBP site. The Contractor shall provide custodial and related services in accordance with the requirements of the attached SOW.



All work shall be performed as specified at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Building Entity (BE) Site defined at 9 Main Street Van Buren, ME 04785. Custodial services will be performed within the normal five-day week from 0700-1530 observed by the building occupants unless changes are specifically approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Government Authorized Representative. Snow removal shall be conducted prior to 0700 to reduce the congestion from personal vehicles.



No work, except snow removal, shall be performed when the government has no work force on duty available for the inspection of the contractor's work unless prior approval of the Government Authorized Representative is obtained. Heavy duty cleaning shall be completed after the normal working hours of the building occupants. Heavy duty cleaning is defined as any custodial cleaning work that will negatively impact the production of a work group.



Any questions concerning this solicitation, including requests for an extension, shall be submitted via email to amoz.j.samuel@cbp.dhs.gov no later than 06/23/2025 by 5:00 p.m. ET. When responding to this RFQ, please include RFQ number 70B03C25Q00000312 in the subject line. All quotes shall only be submitted via the Unison system. Government responses to questions may be published through Unison so that all interested quoters will have access to the same information. Late questions may not be answered.



The following documents are attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation: Attachment A: SOW; Attachment B: Task Frequency Chart; Attachment C: Price Quote Template; Attachment D: Wage Determination WD 2015-4233 v33; Attachment E: Past Performance Questionnaire; Attachment F: Worksite Specific Statement. Please see the attached SF-18 document for specifics on document submission and deadlines.
