The awarded Bidder(s) shall be responsible for providing all requested heavy-duty truck and bus supplies at the fixed percentage discount(s) specified in this solicitation for the duration of the agreement. Performance of the successful Bidder(s) shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications set forth herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or contract termination.
