Description:

The Town of Lincoln is soliciting written quotations for the installation of a fire protection and fire alarm system at Codman Farm, located at 58 Codman Road, Lincoln, MA.  This work is being procured under M.G.L. c. 149. The Project consists of but not limited to:

  • The installation of a fire alarm system
  • The installation of a sprinkler system

This project, the fire alarm and sprinkler installation project, will comply with NFPA 13 and NFPA 72.

Qualifications:
General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.

Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement.
