This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The State of Minnesota, Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) intends to enter a one-year agreement with Secure Technology Value Solutions (STVS) to provide maintenance services for all DCT owned Nuctech x-ray package scanning machines. DCT has determined that STVS is the only USA company authorized to perform maintenance and service agreements on Nuctech brand machines that will not void the warranty. STVS also has proprietary rights with Nuctech brand parts and software.
