The FDIC requires a comprehensive cloud-based investment management system to replace the current system which is called Portfolio Reporting, Trading, and Investment Analysis sytem (PORTIA). The new requirement, referred to as the "Portfolio Investment Management System" (PIMS) will provide the FDIC with capabilities to effectiviely manage cash, investments, and related business processes. See attachments for more information.
NOTE: Amendment 2 was issued on December 23, 2024 to extend the RFP due date for the solicitation to 1 p.m. January 31, 2025 to allow additional time to address questions that were received from the solicitation and to provide vendors additional time to respond to the solicitation. Amendment 2 and an updated solicitation reflecting the new due date is attached is attached to this announement.
To reiterate, proposals are now due NO LATER THAN 1 PM EST, Friday, January 31, 2025
