• Pre-Bid Conference: April 8, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., on Microsoft Teams Live. The link to register to attend the Pre-Bid Conference is here . We recommend that proposers download the free Microsoft Teams Application on their computer and/or mobile device to participate in the Teams Live Event in advance of the conference and attendees should plan to log in 5 minutes prior to the conference start time.

Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to create an environment that will encourage student use of the DOE's meal programs by improving the appearance of the cafeterias, increasing service flow, and updating equipment to align with new menus developed in response to nutritional needs and student surveys.
