The FBI has a need to analyze communications data to support their investigations. The FBI seeks a “one suite solution” which can ingest data from any cell provider into a stand-alone platform and combine the data with cell tower information. The solution must Illustrate the active cell tower azimuth. The solution must be able to collect radio frequency signal strength, ingest other geo-location information from other sources, such as google, and integrate this data with the cellular call detail records.
