Description
The City of Oakland (City) is soliciting proposals from professional service providers to accomplish the goals of the Lake Merritt Water Quality Management Pilot Project. The City intends to enter into a contract with a qualified consultant to provide the City with technical assistance services outlined below. The contract term will be two (2) years with two (2) optional one-year (1-year) extensions upon satisfactory completion of the initial contract term. The anticipated contract not-to-exceed amount is $200,000 for the initial two-year (2-year) term.
